    Hi Jason,

I would be interested if you did a little social science experiment and gave us the outcomes to your clients dui cases? If the advice you gave proves your theory. Also, by the time you got to the jail, the person would probably have sobered up, correct? If upon your arrival and if they passed the blood/breath test, would they be charged with a dui? Could you purposely wait a few hours to show up at the jail, just so your client would be able to pass the test? Is there a time limit for the person’s attorney were to come witness?

The sad thing about a dui is because you could have a few glasses of wine or a few beers, be fine to drive home, and be hauled of to county. I perviously worked in human resources for a large company and dui’s are not longer ‘overlooked’ when a person is tring to get hired. Fact is, now of days, a person with a dui conviction will not get hired! Very detremental.

    Thanks for the advice.
